PRE-INDEPENDENCE-DAY SWING DANCE at the
Gulfport Casino Swing Night

Because Independence Day fell on a Wednesday this year,
we held the Gulfport Casino Swing Night a day early, and
took advantage of the holiday to throw a Pre-Independence-Day
Celebration! The Casino Ballroom was decorated for the occasion,
and a huge crowd came to dance, all decked out in red, white
& blue! We had ice-cold watermelon for everyone, and all
the dancers ate their way through a dozen melons!
Special prize giveaways
included free swing-dance passes, Captain America coloring/activity
books, and a whole watermelon! The night was tremendous fun,
and people took advantage of the next day's holiday to stay out
late and dance!
