Saturday April 11th is Swing Time LIVE, a live-music swing dance happening at the German American Society in Pinellas Park. The event is headlined by The Jazz Phools, performing a night full of swinging music for your dancing pleasure! The event kicks off with a group swing-dance lesson, 7-8pm (no partners needed), followed by live music & dancing, 8-11pm. All ages are welcome. Tickets are $12 in advance or $15 at the door. Advance tickets are available exclusively at all prior Swing Time events.

WANT DINNER? The German American Society's kitchen will be open 6-8pm, serving up a fine selection of traditional German food for a-la-carte purchase.

THE VENUE — The German American Society is located at 8098 66th St N in Pinellas Park. It has a large dance floor, a great atmosphere, plentiful free parking, and a full bar. Food/Drink Policy: No outside food or beverages are allowed. You can get free cups of water from the bar or purchase bottled water and a full range of drinks there. You can also bring in food and drinks from the brewery/restaurant next door (Welton Brewing Company & Oyster Bar). Parking: There are hundreds of free parking spaces in the German American Society's parking lot, but please don't park in the handful of nearest spaces with a red curb or with a sign in front of them; those are reserved for customers of Welton Brewing.
